Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Broadcast IT Systems Engineer to support our network and radio station operations. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of studio and transmission equipment, ensuring compliance with all technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine maintenance procedures for all broadcast systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Oversee the installation and upkeep of audio routers, control consoles, recording devices, and digital audio systems.
- Provide support for computer networks and related technologies.
- Conduct operational maintenance of facility HVAC and UPS systems.
- Ensure reliable programming delivery through proactive engineering measures.
- Respond to technical support requests from facility stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support both network and station initiatives.
- Regularly report on department status to management.
- Maintain and update procedural documentation for the department.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation with remote access capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radio station or network engineering.
- Completion of a two-year technical degree program or equivalent experience is preferred.
- SBE or Engineering certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting AM and FM transmission facilities is advantageous.
- Adequate hearing and vision necessary for job functions.
- Experience with relevant software applications, including Microsoft OS and Office Suite, is preferred.
- Regular attendance is required, including availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
