• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.
• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions to help patients achieve their goals.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on best practices.

• Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience working with geriatric populations, preferably in skilled nursing, hospital, hospice, or home care settings.
