Behavior Technician I

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician I to join our team at I Am Boundless, Inc. This role will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges in an emergency residential therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and other therapeutic approaches to teach expected behavior and life skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans to address specific needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to manage high-magnitude disruptive behavior.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Three years of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals and experience implementing ABA or a related field.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and proof of auto insurance.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
