Key Responsibilities:

Main Duties:
  • Troubleshooting electronic systems
  • Managing temperature control, CNC operations, and PLC systems
  • Installation and testing of control mechanisms
  • Diagnosing issues with laser systems
  • Ordering components according to manufacturer specifications
  • Conducting optical work
  • Ensuring adherence to Company Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Management (QCM)
  • Understanding ISO/Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality standards
  • Cross-training personnel within the department
  • Complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Upholding the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
  • Maintaining regular and reliable attendance
Additional Duties:
  • CNC mechanical repairs and setups
  • Operating machinery (mills, lathes, grinders), EDM P/S furnaces
  • Implementing automatic PLC logic
  • Performing other related tasks as necessary
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $40,000 - $63,000 annually
