Job Title: Security Officer

At Securitas, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patrols throughout the shift to ensure the security and safety of clients and their premises.
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Monitor and report any security breaches or incidents to management.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Standard computer and technology skills necessary.
  • Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • Ability to conduct patrols and access control duties.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask necessary.
