About the Role

This role supports the optimization of workflow and processes for bank business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and documenting business unit requirements, investigating business unit systems, and recommending solutions to improve business unit systems. They will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document, communicate, and refine requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the optimization of workflow and processes for bank business units
  • Identify and document business unit requirements
  • Investigate business unit systems and recommend solutions to improve business unit systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document, communicate, and refine requirements
  • Research and interpret business needs of moderate complexity and translate into application and operational requirements
  • Assist with business base development and RFP process during the project initiate phase
  • Assist in integration and user acceptance testing of new or revised workflows, processes, and/or systems
  • Support the development of training, as well as implementation and post-implementation material
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and Technology Advancement Group (TAG)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, business systems, or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of relevant business analyst and/or project management and/or operations experience
  • Loan servicing experience, preferred
  • Microsoft Power Tools experience, preferred
  • Advanced business operations abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced data analysis skills including project management and/or operations
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, practices, and documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of development concepts and practices, potential applications, and customer requirements
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and vendor relationships
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
Workstyle

This role is fully onsite in Washington and Oregon state.

Our Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $55,000.00 - $70,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent on a variety of non-discriminatory factors. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
