Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to clients across the age span.
  • Work with a team of professionals in a private practice setting to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and provide support to clients in times of need.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Requirements:

  • LPC license in Texas.
  • LMFT- Licensed clinician or LPA.
  • Relevant state license and board certification.
  • Experience working as a psychologist or LPC.
  • Strong listening, observation, and communication skills.
  • Licensed independent practice clinician in mental health.
  • Experience across the age span is preferred.
  • Experience with EMDR is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.
