Key Responsibilities:
- Relocate and work internationally for a duration of 1-5 years.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements.
- Review and revise construction timelines, plans, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and budget management.
- Keep upper management updated on project progress.
- Assist in preparing change order proposals and defining subcontractor responsibilities.
- Conduct bid preparations, site assessments, and solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years or 7-10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong customer service, financial management, and computer skills.
- Experience with Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO).
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding basic project management principles.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with information gathering, integration, and meeting facilitation.
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to pass a federal background check; strong construction knowledge and mathematical skills are essential.
- Fluency in Arabic and/or Kurdish is a significant advantage.
