Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Truvant. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide support to the Human Resources Manager in carrying out various tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory services covering HR laws to employees, supervisors, and managers.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations.
  • Partner with supervisors and managers on employee issues and corrective actions.
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
  • Conduct pre-employment and post-accident drug tests.
  • Complete wage and employment verifications for requesting agencies.
  • Assist with benefits administration and education for employees.
  • Prepare reports and human resources information as requested.
  • Organize and promote company engagement activities and functions.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years human resources experience preferred.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Must be able to read documents, printouts, computer screens, and other communication.
  • Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers.
  • Must be able to reach, touch, grasp, stand, and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to climb, stoop/kneel, lift, pull, and push.
  • Must be able to conduct yourself in a safe manner to avoid accidents while on the production floor.

Travel Requirements:

  • 0% - Optional travel may be offered to support business needs.
