Senior Superintendent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all field activities of DEW employees and subcontractors to ensure contract requirements are met while adhering to safety, schedule, and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all field activities, including self-perform work, planning, coordination, and supervision of DEW and subcontractor personnel.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Company's Safety and Loss Control Program and EEO programs on all assigned projects.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, design teams, engineering professionals, and owners on an ongoing basis.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor DEW employees to assist in their development and growth.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve problems at both strategic and functional levels.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Extensive supervisory experience in the construction industry; 30-hour OSHA certified.
• Certifications: First Aid, CPR certified.
