Job Title: Blender Technician

We are seeking a skilled Blender Technician to join our team at Cenergy International. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for blending, dispensing, and labeling finished powder and liquid products in various packaging sizes as directed in batch tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weigh materials against batch ticket specifications for pour-out and sample requests.
  • Obtain secondary verification of weigh to ensure materials are correct and complete for the product.
  • Complete accurate batch record documentation and enter information into the system.
  • Run in-house testing in quality control for samples and close batch tickets.
  • Document lot number on sales orders, labels, and bottles, and enter orders into the system.
  • Adhere to documented operating procedures for compounding and general facility processes.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to eliminate potential material/product contamination.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, and look for ways to improve and promote quality.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, including gloves, cheesecloth, bottles, etc.
  • Perform end-of-shift cleaning duties, including equipment, floors, etc.
  • Document and tag production equipment with status.
  • Operate a forklift as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • More than 1 year of general manufacturing experience.
  • More than 1 year of material handling experience.
  • Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (25 kilos).
  • Repetitive finger, hand, and arm movement.
  • Valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto company property.
