Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Attending seasonal staff training and high-risk certification & leadership training
  • Overseeing the village operations of 3-4 cabins, each housing up to 10 campers
  • Attending daily morning medical meetings and coordinating with medical and cabin staff on camper care needs
  • Observing camper behavior and assessing its appropriateness, enforcing safety regulations, and providing suitable behavior support techniques
  • Collaborating with psychosocial and cabin staff to address camper behavior concerns

This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
