Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data architectures for Contact Center Solutions in the BFSI vertical, ensuring seamless integration with IT and Ops systems.
  • Solve complex business problems by understanding the Line of Business and aligning closely with our customers' strategies, creating innovative solutions using analytical tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and trainings for customers on various Contact Center Offerings from our client, both internally and externally.
  • Design and conduct demos and POCs for customers, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Understand and articulate how various systems in the ecosystem will integrate and communicate with each other.
  • Work with partners to create winning solution sets for customers.
  • Create winning strategies based on customer needs.
  • Develop and capture best practices across customers, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Be a trusted advisor for our customers, providing expert guidance and support.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Contact Center Technologies, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in areas such as Omni-channel, Automation & Customer Journey Analytics, WFO, and CRM. Prior experience working with BFSI customers is a must. Familiarity with popular communications protocols and APIs is also required.

Preferred technologies include On-Prem Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Cloud: AWS Connect, Twillio, RingCentral, Five9, 8x8, and Serenova.
