Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team in Ashland, WI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and nutrition
- Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage participation in community activities and favorite hobbies
- Develop meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and support
- Competitive pay: $15.00 per hour
- Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
- Paid time off and holiday pay
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
- A stable job at an established, growing company
- No high school diploma required
- No experience required
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's license preferred but not required
