Résumé du poste : Nous recherchons un(e) Infirmier(ère) Diplômé(e) expérimenté(e) pour notre service des urgences. Les infirmiers(ères) de notre service doivent être prêts à intervenir auprès de patients en situation d'urgence, en fournissant des soins spécialisés et innovants. Ils/elles gèrent une variété de situations traumatiques nécessitant des actions rapides et décisives, garantissant le plus haut niveau de soins pour des patients de tous âges. Le candidat idéal doit être compétent dans l'évaluation et la priorisation des patients présentant des conditions de santé physique et mentale.
Fonctions et responsabilités :
- Fournir des soins spécialisés de haute qualité aux patients du service des urgences.
- Évaluer rapidement et avec précision les patients entrants, en priorisant leurs blessures et besoins médicaux.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de soins infirmiers efficaces.
- Effectuer une large gamme de services infirmiers professionnels.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les patients, les familles et le personnel hospitalier.
- Gérer les situations traumatiques avec rapidité et détermination.
Compétences et expérience requises :
- Minimum de 18 mois d'expérience en soins infirmiers dans un environnement d'urgence.
- Expérience récente en service des urgences au cours des six derniers mois.
- Niveau de performance et de pratique élevé démontré.
- Connaissances cliniques et capacités analytiques pour formuler des plans de soins infirmiers efficaces.
- Capacité à effectuer divers services infirmiers professionnels.
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec les patients, les familles et le personnel hospitalier.
Certifications et licences requises :
- Licence d'infirmier(ère) professionnel(le) de l'État ou licence compacte multi-États.
- Soutien de base à la vie (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA).
- Certification de l'échelle des AVC des Instituts nationaux de la santé (NIHSS).
Exigences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l'anglais (parler, lire, écrire).
