We're seeking a warm and welcoming Host to join our team at The Cheesecake Factory. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets guests at the door and determines where they'd like to sit
  • Guides guests to their table while making casual conversation
  • Quotes an accurate wait time and encourages guests to browse our iconic menu or beautiful bakery case
  • Answers any questions guests may have

What We're Looking For:

  • Hospitable: you create a warm and welcoming guest experience
  • On the ball: you can quickly and accurately manage guest seating and wait times
  • Team player: you're always willing to give and ask for help
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds and continuously bend, reach, and twist
  • Must be at least 18 years old
