Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, with equipment in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Manager to develop and implement menu items, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role, with a strong understanding of food service operations and safety standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, culinary education or certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
