Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent execution of all back-of-house systems
  • Ensure profitability through quality training, coaching, and follow-through
  • Oversee Expo, Smokehouse, prep, and line quality standards
  • Utilize knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Understand front-of-house operations for smooth coordination between kitchen and dining room

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of management experience required.
  • 1+ years of full-service restaurant management experience required.
  • 1+ years of BOH experience required.
  • 1+ years of scratch kitchen cooking experience
  • Knowledge of inventory and budgeting required.
  • Chef experience preferred.
