Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Custom Applicator to join our team in Selby, SD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with local farmers to understand their chemical and fertilizer needs.
  • Operate a sprayer/airflow machine to apply products safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Manage time effectively in the field and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist the sales staff in ensuring orders are correct and customer needs are met.
  • Perform warehouse work, including driving a loader, forklift, and performing maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in agriculture production, operations, and/or agriculture application.
  • Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • Maintain or obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to work additional hours, be available for overnight stays, and occasional weekends.
