Responsibilities

The Gigafactory Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Cost / Schedule Management:
    • Develop and implement cost management programs for construction projects
    • Provide strategic forecasts for project completion and anticipated man-hours
    • Direct the preparation and regular updates of cash flow projections
  • Risk Management:
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and proactively manage project risks
    • Conduct routine SWOT analyses to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation plans
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of project control specialists
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities for team members

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, proficient in software systems, and a strong understanding of construction means and methods.
