Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Rotating Shifts)
Job Overview:
GQR Healthcare is in search of a skilled and committed Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. This position entails a 13-week contract with potential for extension, requiring the candidate to work 40 hours weekly across a rotating shift schedule that includes 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care within the Operating Room environment.
- Navigate the fast-paced dynamics of an Operating Room effectively.
- Perform scrubbing and circulating duties as required.
- Remain attentive to the needs of patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active RN License.
- Certifications in BLS, PALS, and preferably CNOR (not mandatory).
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in pediatric nursing.
- Strong background in pediatric care, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
