Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Energy Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commissioning team, you will be responsible for the successful start-up and operation of complex microgrid and BESS projects. Your expertise in programming, configuring control software, testing, and validating control algorithms will be essential in bridging the gap between theoretical design and practical operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, control systems engineering, renewable energy engineering, or a related field;
  • Five (5) years of experience in energy systems, with specific focus on microgrids, energy storage systems, and renewable energy;
  • Experience in commissioning and system integration required;
  • Proven track record in successfully starting up complex energy systems in field settings;
  • Proficiency in programming and configuring control systems for energy applications;
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, especially as they relate to energy storage and distribution;
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and their integration into microgrids.
