- Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
- Engage in mediation, negotiation, and ADR processes to resolve employment disputes efficiently and effectively, striving for fair and equitable resolutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service, establishing trust and rapport with clients.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and team members to strategize, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the employment defense practice.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
- 3+ years of experience in employment law, preferably in a litigation or defense capacity.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
