  • Full-Time, Overnight, Monday - Friday
*As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellness of residents through dedicated nursing and personal care activities. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including administering treatments or medications, performing clinical procedures, and meticulously documenting patient clinical data.
*Your contributions will help meet the care needs of our residents.

  • Responsible for delivering the highest standard of competent care and ensuring safety for all residents.
  • Execute physician orders, administer medications, gather and maintain resident information, monitor vital signs, and assist in enhancing resident comfort.
  • Effectively communicate with residents and their families in a respectful manner.
*A degree from an accredited nursing program is mandatory.

  • Previous education or experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.
  • Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, punctuality, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Basic computer skills are required; experience with PCC e-MAR is advantageous.
