Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial system applications such as Deltek Costpoint, Time and Expense, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Cognos.
  • Lead configuration and customization of finance systems to align with business requirements and optimize functionality.
  • Oversee security control implementation and maintenance to safeguard financial data and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and manage interfaces with other systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration.
  • Monitor system performance and implement measures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Provide user support for system-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school and/or related work experience.
  • 5 or more years of progressive responsibility with Platform Management; administering and configuring financial and accounting systems, such as Deltek Costpoint or other Enterprise ERP systems.
  • Experience creating and building workflows and forms.
  • Experience creating and building reports while having a clear understanding of Basic Data Base Design.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting technical requirements and translating into actionable project plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building Web applications with data analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team.

  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $125,000.
