Job Summary:

The Outreach LPN plays a vital role in our outreach clinics and surgical services. This is a part-time position working 40 hours every two weeks, Monday through Friday, with various shifts between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with patients in outreach clinics and assist with pre-op and post-op procedures
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve clinical goals and objectives

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $21.85 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $21.85 - $32.76 per hour
  • $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Current licensure in the State of Minnesota
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy
  • Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with patients, families, medical staff and general public
