Housekeeping Specialist

Ciel Senior Living, LLC is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join their team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community.

The estimated salary for this position is $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, including public spaces and resident rooms.
• Cleaning restrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures in apartments and common areas.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas and mopping tile floors.
• Spot cleaning walls and windows.
• Dusting furniture and emptying trashcans.
• Cleaning baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents.
• Assisting with activity room set-ups, which may require moving furniture.

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of housekeeping.
• Ability to use all required equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and time management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
