Role Responsibilities:
The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to provide patient-specific medical care. You will deliver primary and urgent care services to residents in the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, hold a valid registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
