Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on our fryers, equipment, and HVAC systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stock rooms, restrooms, and other areas of the facility.
  • Waste Management: Ensure that trash and recyclables are properly sorted and disposed of.
  • Facilities Support: Assist with various facilities-related tasks, such as changing light bulbs and cleaning windows.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Maintenance Experience: Preferred
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
