Automotive Painter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our Body Shop team at Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refinish damaged body parts and vehicles to factory and dealership quality standards
  • Operate and maintain body shop equipment safely and efficiently
  • Prepare surfaces for new paint application using manual and power sanding tools
  • Mix paint to match manufacturer's color specifications
  • Apply paint using sprayer or brush as appropriate
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order
  • Comply with laws and regulations regarding paint and hazardous materials
  • Collaborate with other personnel to repair and prep vehicles
