Cabinet Maker

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Carpenter to join our team at Aardvark Studios Defunct. As a key member of our studio, you will work closely with our Design Engineers, Project Management, and Design teams to create top-quality assets for our clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build exhibits, displays, and props
• Utilize solid surface and post-laminating techniques to create high-quality finishes
• Operate a variety of carpentry hand tools and machinery
• Read and interpret complex shop drawings to ensure accuracy and precision
• Develop and maintain a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a passion for building and creating

• 5+ years of experience working in cabinet-making and/or building exhibits and displays
• Solid surface and post-laminating experience preferred
• Knowledge of carpentry hand tools and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays and weekends as needed
• Experience working with a wide variety of materials
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• A strong moral compass and willingness to do what it takes to exceed client expectations
