We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team as a medical assessor for US Veterans at MRG Exams. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel across the United States, conducting assessments for veterans and contributing to their disability benefits process.
Job Description:
The position of an Audiologist in this role involves traveling to various locations across the country, where you will conduct tests such as the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. You will review veterans' medical records and complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) during appointments. This is a structured schedule with no weekends or evenings, focusing solely on patient assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical assessments for US Veterans
- Review veterans' medical records and complete DBQs
- Perform tests such as the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test
- Travel to different locations across the United States
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have an Au.D degree from an ASHA-accredited school and hold a current license as an Audiologist. Additionally, you must have malpractice insurance covered by MRG and be willing to commit to a structured schedule.
