  • Transaction Management: Review active loan files daily, identify missing documents, and respond to internal team requests.
  • Risk Assessment: Utilize professional judgment to assess potential borrowers' risk profiles.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders involved in transactions.
Requirements
  • NMLS Licensing
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and mathematical skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and calculation skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of mortgage lending principles.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
