Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to address customer concerns and become adept in proprietary operational systems.
  • Engage with customers via phone and in-person to process service requests, including installations and changes in service.
  • Complete contract documentation, assess service charges, collect deposits, and manage service discontinuation records.
  • Utilize software applications effectively, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Provide excellent customer service, fostering positive interactions with clients and team members to resolve issues amicably.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume call environment with detailed performance expectations.

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use are common.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within a high-volume setting.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and email applications is advantageous; typing and 10-key skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capable of analyzing issues and compiling relevant data for reporting.
