Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Opportunity

Saint Vincent Hospital is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in a part-time, flexible schedule. As a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complete 2D echocardiograms accurately and of diagnostic quality.
  • Conduct stress echocardiograms and assist during Transesophageal echocardiograms.
  • Complete preliminary reports for interpreting Cardiologists and accurately identify pathology.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Adhere to a 24 flex schedule, working 7:00am - 3:30pm, 3-4 days per week, with weekends as needed in rotation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an Accredited Echocardiography program.
  • Registered or Registry eligible, to be completed within 6 months of hire.
  • Current BLS certification.
