Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in pediatric settings to provide essential speech therapy services within a school district. This role presents an excellent opportunity to enhance your professional skills while making a significant impact on students' educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders related to speech, language, communication, and swallowing.
  • Identify treatment indications and contraindications, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and understand both typical and atypical responses.
  • Provide guidance to students and their families, tailoring therapy techniques to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all therapy sessions and related paperwork.
  • Adhere to ASHA guidelines to ensure ethical and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Must possess an active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant SLP experience within the past 5 years.
