We are seeking a Per Diem Family Medicine Physician to join our team at One Medical. As a Per Diem Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: See patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat Patients: Treat patients in-office as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Collaborate with Team: Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
- Perform Procedures: Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
- Education and Experience: Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Practice Experience: Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+).
- Certifications: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
- Licenses: State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date.
- Malpractice Insurance: Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical is covered 100%.
- UpToDate Subscription: An evidence-based clinical research tool.
- One Medical Issued Laptop: To allow for secure access to our EHR.
- Sick Time PTO: Eligible in accordance with CA and local requirements.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $ [insert rate]. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
