Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care.
  • Resident Care: Coordinate and assign nursing staff to meet the needs of residents, promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software systems.
