Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Soccer Coach to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Soccer Coach with Dribbler, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and skill levels, providing one-on-one coaching and training sessions in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality soccer coaching and training to clients of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement personalized training programs to meet the needs of each client
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching and training sessions at client's homes or nearby fields
  • Communicate effectively with clients and Dribbler staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet or exceed client satisfaction targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of soccer coaching experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to acquire and maintain necessary soccer training equipment
