Job Title: Medical Scribe

NACC is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to facilitate patient flow and ensure accurate and complete medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany physicians into patient examination rooms to transcribe medical histories and physical exams.
  • Document patient encounters, diagnoses, and symptoms accurately and thoroughly.
  • Transcribe patient orders, including laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Proof of current COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Proficiency in EMR software and other electronic medical record systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
