Automation Director

We are seeking an experienced Automation Director to join our team at Cell Signaling Technology. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of automation solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute automation strategies to optimize business processes and improve productivity
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects
• Design and implement automated workflows to improve data quality and reduce errors
• Develop and maintain automation documentation and training materials
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• 7+ years of experience in automation, with a focus on process automation and workflow optimization
• Proven track record of leading automation teams and implementing successful automation projects
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA) and business process automation (BPA)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
