About the Role

CRB is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish project objectives, deliverables, and scope
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead project teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Oversee project procurement and ensure compliance with company and owner health and safety regulations
  • Manage project finances and ensure profitability
  • Ensure project quality and safety standards are met
  • Coordinate project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
