As an Estate and Tax Planning Attorney on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and contribute to the success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and draft complex estate and tax plans for high net worth individuals and families
- Develop and implement strategies for minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing wealth transfer
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in high net worth estate and tax planning
- Preferred experience in planning and drafting Intentionally Defective Trusts, Spousal Limited Access Trusts, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Charitable Lead and Charitable Remainder Trusts, and Grantor Retained Trusts
- Proficient in software such as Clio, NetDocuments and Wealth Docs
