Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freezer Stocker Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our freezer and cooler department, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and quality of our products, ensuring that our shelves are clean and well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the freezer and cooler areas, including sweeping and sanitizing the floors and shelves.
  • Restock shelves with merchandise, ensuring that products are facing forward and at the correct price.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move merchandise and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
