Acute Care Nurse Resident

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Nurse Resident to join our team at Covenant Hobbs Hospital. As a member of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute medical and surgical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the hospital
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in New Mexico or Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 12 months or less of experience as a registered nurse
