Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Efficiently oversee student check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Remember faces and names of students and parents to deliver personalized service.
  • Maintain composure during busy periods and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding program-related issues.
  • Utilize digital platforms for administrative tasks (e.g., attendance tracking, incident reporting, etc.).
  • Keep front desk materials and supplies organized.
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere by consistently providing a positive and enthusiastic approach.

This is you:
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within a school or afterschool setting.
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential.
  • Ability to quickly memorize and recall names and faces.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are highly valued.
  • A high level of professionalism and motivation is expected.
  • A neat and professional appearance is appreciated.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an educational environment is important.

The Schedule:
Part-time availability, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in an educational context.

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an educational setting (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (preferred).
