Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $575,000/year, or $600,000/year with 3 or more years of practice experience
  • Productivity incentive bonus plan
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 403(b) pension plan and employee child care center
  • Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance
  • Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable
