**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment. The ideal candidate will have good standing licensure (RN) in the state in which they will practice, at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, and current CPR certification.
**Responsibilities:**
* Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
* Patient assessments, coordination of care
