Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Server to join our events team at Hotel Indigo Waco-Baylor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well-cared for throughout their special event.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, attending to their needs and requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with other servers, banquet captains, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Review and implement relevant food handling safety regulations to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety
Compensation Package

$11 - $13 per hour + tip outs

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
  • Demonstrate prior experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a server or related role
  • Showcase a strong focus on putting the guest first, with exceptional customer service experience
  • Exhibit outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
