Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical STAT Nurse to join our team. As a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Acute Care Nurse, you will provide direct care and support to patients in our Medical Surgical/Telemetry units, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients in Medical Surgical/Telemetry units
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress, identifying any changes or concerns


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • 1.5 years of recent acute care experience in the clinical specialty
  • 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
  • RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred
  • PA RN license or a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact
  • BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as preferred by clinical specialty

Salary Range



The salary range for this position is $42.62 - $66.48 per hour, with the potential for up to $15.00 hourly incentive. Our tiered earning program allows nurses to float to 2-5 locations, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on location and experience.
